tarpARMOR produces high quality field covers at our plant located in Rogers, Arkansas. We do not import and resell field tarps. All tarpARMOR field covers are made using 12 ft. panels of material (see specs above), which are heat welded together to provide a waterproof seam, thereby reducing the chance of moisture getting through to your playing field. All tarpARMOR covers have heavy duty polypro webbing sewn into the perimeter of the cover for reinforcement, and come with grommets and hand pulls spaced every 12 ft. around all 4 sides. Each corner is reinforced and also has a grommet and hand pull.

Our field-cover materials, as well as all components used in the construction of our covers, meet the highest standards of Ultra-Violet inhibitors available in the industry. UV inhibitors help to minimize the damaging effects of prolonged exposure to sunlight.

tarpARMOR Infield Cover Materials and Specifications

tarpARMOR field covers are constructed using either a 6.3 oz., or 7.4 oz. per sq. yd. White/Silver poly woven and coated fabric with the following specifications:

6.3 ounce per square yard -- 12 mils, 2.00mills/side (10x8 weave)
7.4 ounce per square yard -- 18 mils, 2.00mills/side (12x12 weave)

tarpARMOR can also produce a professional looking and high quality storage cover for your field cover. A custom fitted storage cover, in one of our high quality vinyl materials, will give your field a professional looking appearance and greatly extend the life of your field cover.
